Care was taken to completely transform the balcony that caused painful memories for African-American members of the community in the days of segregation into something beautiful that can be used and celebrated by all visitors to The Virginia.

• Classic Movie Night:“ Bullitt” on Thursday, July 24 with Emcee John Alexander – A nonconformist San Francisco cop is determined to find the underworld kingpin who killed the witness under his protection.
• Stacy Mitchhart: Other Side of Nashville Tour on Friday, July 25 – After quickly becoming a crowd favorite at last year’ s Moonlight Festival, Nashville blues guitarist and vocalist Stacy Mitchhart will bring his tour back to downtown Somerset. His music is a unique blend of traditional blues, funk, and soul, and he has been praised for his soulful vocals and fiery guitar playing.
• Taylor Austin Dye on Thursday, August 14 – Taylor Austin Dye, a musical force hailing from Booneville, Kentucky, has captured the hearts of audiences with her authentic country sound and undeniable talent.
