Welcometo the premiere issue of StayHealthy Magazine. Our commitment and goal is to provide our readers with factfilled content that is essential to everyday health and fitness. i believe that maitaining proper diet and regular fitness can make a major difference in ones life. By all means I;m no saint when it comes to maintaining the perfect proper diet. I've had my share of Big ass burgers, steak fries and more however, I've always been able to balance the good, the bad and ugly of diet and fitness. As of today, being alot older I'm even more aware and careful of my eating and fitness habits We are all aware that it's very hectic juggling health, fitness and business or work all at once however, it can be successfully balanced with self disiple and structure. I encourage everyone to take at least 30 minutes out of their busy schedule to do some type of phyiscal activity to strengthen the mind body and soul. Stay Healthy is here to influence and moivate you to maintaining a helathy and fit lifestyle.
