And those who are familiar with the park and its outdoor walking trails may not know about the other features of the park , including the indoor gym that gives people a place to walk during inclement weather .
The Rocky Hollow Recreation Center and Rocky Hollow Park have a couple of entrances . The main one , which is the easiest way of accessing the gym , can be found on South Central Avenue .
The gym itself has a weight room , indoor basketball and walking track – one that is popular for both allowing walkers to exercise out of the elements and for being a measured , flat place for those who are looking to easily figure out just how far they have walked .
The Center also has two rooms that can be rented out for events like baby and wedding showers . The Community Room accommodates around 100 people and can be rented for $ 125 per day , while the Party Room accommodates around 40 people and can be rented for $ 50 per day .
Annual membership to the Center is $ 25 a year , or $ 12 a year for seniors 62 and older .
Those who prefer to get their exercise outside can find plenty to do at Rocky Hollow as well . There are outdoor paths where walkers
