Pulliam and her company bought the resort office in 2019 and have dedicated the past four years to expanding the resort and enhancing every aspect of its experience .
Since 2019 , they have grown from 19 rental properties to 52 , which range from one-bedroom suites to a house that sleeps 16 on the water , and they have 190 homes currently at the resort They also have a remodeled boutique which sells local art , homemade ice cream , sweet treats , pizza , Baxter ’ s coffee and even a resort store in case visitors have forgotten anything .
“ We have also brought it into the 21st century , where you can now book online through Air BnB , Vrbo , our website , Expedia and Google Hotels . We have WiFi . We have modernized in technologies as well ,” said Pulliam . “ We also are adding three more suites and now have golf cart rentals as well .”
In addition , her team recently held the grand opening of a new full-menu restaurant , Keno Cove , and a fullservice kitchen . The restaurant looks
