A serious water leak from a plant room
on Customer premises was detected
during a routine patrol of the plant
interior by our officer Vincent Kelly .
The site Duty Manager was alerted
and follow-up action carried out.
If this was not detected by Vincent, it
could have resulted in significant
damage to the cutomer equipment in
the plant room.
Kieran Sheerin
An outbound delivery was checked by
Kieran Sheerin at the post and found to
have a faulty wire cord strap – hence the
security seal could not be fitted. The
load was rightly returned to the
warehouse for resolution. If this error
had not been detected and the
delivery had reached its final
destination, it would have been rejected
by a customer.
