First Time Homebuyers

An hour long seminar providing tips and insight into
navigating the home buying process. This class is designed for those who have never bought a home or have
not purchased in quite some time. Pat Biggs an experienced local realtor and a local mortgage consultant will
educate participants on how to find the right home and
prepare for the purchase. Knowing what to expect and
what the terms, fees, and costs means allowing buyers
