PREACH IT - TEACH IT
AND PRACTICE IT !!!!
Firstly, as a Sovereign People we are obligated to understand the History
of the Emancipation Proclamation and its direct impact on American
Africans and its in-direct impact on the people of this Nation.
To celebrate is a Spiritual act of "Gratitude". Gratitude is scientifically a
healthy habit. It sustains humility and obedience to Creator of all Mankind.
Theologically/Philosophically - Celebrating Juneteenth fits in the context of
our Sovereign story as evolving American citizens. The social climate and
human condition of this country prompted the Emancipation Proclamation.
That is a Truth about America's History that must be taught and
remembered. America was in a Spiritual Predicament trying to be a
sovereign nation while destroying the sovereignty of millions of its
own people. It was not only spiritually impractical but spiritually impossible.
From this spiritual chapter of history we learned that America for centuries
tried the impossible.
However, it was impossible in the sight of God. as we celebrate Juneteenth
we must teach that the Emancipation Proclamation was both Divine
Intervention a Spiritual imperative of God. One hundred years later
Dr. King's life reminded America again that our "means to our end" must be
one in the same. If you are going to preach one Nation of equal status, you
must practice living as one nation. This then must Spiritual message of
Juneteenth.
It sets the stage for repentance, reconciliation and Reparations...God
Demands it. Educationally & Historically - We owe it to our Ancestry to
value their lives as investments for the importunities we enjoy today.
Celebrating Juneteenth, uses History the great teacher of life's lessons. It
affords us an acute understanding of our nation's behavioral history.
