Read how it contrasts with the inspiration taken from God's letter to you (the Bible) and the promises God gives. Ana: "You are depressed, obsessed, 'in pain,' hurt, reaching out, but no one will listen. Who cares?! You are deserving; you brought this upon yourself." God's WOrd: "The LORD is dose to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit" (Psalm 34:18). Ana: "Thoughts of anger, sadness, desperation, and loneliness cease because I take them away and fill your head with methodic calorie counting."
