New Enhancements Make Latest Release of

DASHBOARD EASIER TO USE
Securities America introduced our
first Dashboard reporting solution
over 10 years ago as an innovative
way to consolidate client and office
information from multiple systems.
We recently rolled out the third
version of this valuable, time-saving
tool. The latest Dashboard has a
fresh new look and several helpful
enhancements. New Dashboard Features
Located under the Dashboard
tab in Advantage, this reporting
solution makes it quicker and
easier to view account values,
positions, transactions, historical
value charts and more information
about a single account or a
group of accounts. The Office
and Branch views display top
holdings, top clients ranked by
assets or compensation, GDC
trends, current asset information
and more. Because Dashboard is
customizable, users can choose to
display only the information that’s
most valuable to them, specify
favorite selections and choose
which areas open first. • Auto Arrangement
To rearrange widgets, click the
top bar on a widget and drag it.
Other widgets will automatically
move out of the way.
• Auto Save
As you add, remove or
rearrange your dashboard
widgets, the system auto
saves to ensure changes are
not lost the next time you
open Dashboard.

Add Report Widgets
The new design makes it even
easier to add and remove
widgets. Simply click the Add
button, then select the widgets
you want to add before clicking
the Add Widgets button. You
can even add multiple widgets
at the same time.
Layouts
With the new Layouts selection,
you can customize widgets to
fit your screen’s resolution and
size. Use the layouts dropdown

menu to switch from “3 Across” to
“2 Across” or other layouts if you
want widgets to have more space
on screen.
• Recents and Favorites
When searching for important clients
or rep code groups, use the Recents
dropdown to quickly select a recently
viewed group or account. Favorites
are specified by clicking the star
icon next to a selected group or
account. Once a client is identified
as a Favorite, they can be quickly
selected from the dropdown menu.
• Rep Code Groups
Use the icon in the top right corner
of Dashboard to access the Rep
Group Utility, which allows you to
add, edit or delete groups of rep
codes used in the Office or Branch
view of Dashboard.
• Slide Show Mode
In Slide Show Mode, you can quickly
expand widgets to full screen and
scroll forward or backward to flip
through data in individual widgets.
To access Slide Show Mode, click
once on the square icon with lines,
located on either side near the top
of Dashboard.
