So, Black Friday is coming up quicker than we can imagine! These
tips are mainly applied to Black Friday but, can be used for
whenever you go to the mall/plazas/anywhere! Whenever we
think of Black Friday, we think of days where people get trampled,
shot, etc. There is much more to Black Friday than that. It helps
those who are poorer than others stay in style and look cute at
school. It helps mothers get their Christmas Shopping in for a
good price. Black Friday has so much to it that you just need
some help sometimes. So, here are my top 5 tips for you!
Know your shopping!
Before you go into Sephora, do you ever thing 'Man! I'm only
gonna spend $100!' and then you walk out with around $300 worth
of makeup? I know some people who have! So this Black Friday
before you go into your favorite store, download their app, check
their website, etc. This will help you to get discounts on your
favorite items. Also, find out their sale dates, there are more than
1 day a year where stuff is on sale. Mark the dates on your
calendar so you will hardly ever buy full price again!
Find deals and sales!
As I mentioned above, you need to find sales. At Sephora
everything is usually $20+. If you are just going to get a Beauty
Blender, find a coupon/sale. It is almost 100% guaranteed that the
actual store app, website, etc. will have the coupons. But, for more
expensive items, you will need to go to the website that makes the
product for deals and coupons. Also, you should buy in kits
instead of singulars because it is usually better priced. A good
way to find EXCLUSIVE deals is to sign up for the e-mail
newsletters and product reveals.
Look up & down!
It you work at a store, you probably know that placement is
everything. They put the most expensive name brand items at
eye level and cheaper items either lower or higher up. For
example, they will put the NUDE smokey eye palettes at eye level
and the NYX smokey eye palettes lower down. This is because
when you are shopping you probably aren't going to be looking
down or up. You will be looking straight ahead which means more
profit for the store.
