The Motivation
If you need more motivation, Brandi has
the results to prove it’s worth it. Her body
is more long and lean. She’s able to perform better at other activities like wakeboarding, surfing, hiking, dancing, swimming, and keeping up with nieces and
nephews. She sleeps better, has more energy, has better self esteem, and has a
healthier heart.
“Times that I haven’t been running vs.
times that I do?” Brandi says. “I see a
huge difference in my energy level, my endurance, and how my clothes fit me.”
Another motivator is her faith. “We are
taught to treat our bodies as temples. Any
time I’ve gone into a temple, it’s clean,
white, and beautiful.” She compares it to
borrowing an item for a short time. You are
usually careful to keep it in the same
shape you received it.
“Our bodies are on loan from
Heavenly Father and we
need to keep it in as pristine condition as we can.”
On her mission in Brazil, she had a very
