am not very good at asking for help. That includes from Christ. Even though I know
that the atonement can make my life easier, I struggle to let it change my heart.
Here are some ideas for turning to Christ when you’re not sure where to start.

• Pray for a change of heart.
• Think of how Christ would treat others
and try to do the same as you find ways
to serve them.
• Give yourself quiet time to ponder
what the atonement means to you.
• Ask others and listen to their testimonies.
• Read some of the following scriptures:

• John 11:25-26
• John 14:6
• 1 Corinthians 15:20-22
• 2 Nephi 8:11
• Alma 7:11-13
