their seasonal debut! And you can’t go wrong with smoothies! They
provide a huge portion of vitamins and minerals that are needed for your
body to function and not to mention that they just take a few minutes to make!
Perfect for those busy summer adventures or just a lazy swing-in-a-hammockfor-hours day.
Making smoothies can be fun and very easy - just throw in items that are
already in your kitchen to create a unique flavor. Usually a base ingredient is
used, like yogurt, and then fruit and a small amount of liquid like water or juice.
A few ice cubes with give it a cool, slushy taste.
