Body
“To keep the body in good
health is a duty...otherwise
we shall not be able to
keep our mind strong and
clear.”
– Buddha
Let’s talk food.
And not just any food, but “brain food” as I like to call it. Your brain has a lot of work to do
each day to keep you moving, working, and thinking. And just like a car needs gasoline to
run, your brain needs fuel to keep going! Your brain’s fuel is food - especially food that’s
filled with superpower nutrients! So whether you’re studying for a test, trying to memorize
the periodic table, or learning a new routine for dance, take along some healthy snacks that
will boost your memory, reduce stress, and help your brain stay young and strong!
