Equinor and Shell have appointed Neil McCulloch as Chief Executive Officer and Nicoletta Giadrossi as Chair of their offshore UK Incorporated Joint Venture, Adura. Neil McCulloch is currently the CEO of Spirit Energy, and has championed the role of oil and gas in supporting the UK’ s energy transition. Nicoletta Giadrossi has led four boards and is currently chairing MSX International. Nicoletta is also a board member in Vopak NV, and in Renew Global plc.

ONGC re-appoint Khanooja as Government Nominee Director

Khanooja, currently serving as Additional Secretary in the MoP & NG, brings extensive experience across diverse domains, including Defence Audit, Railways Audit, and State Government Accounts & Audit, apart from key postings at the Comptroller and Auditor General of India( CAG) headquarters. He has also represented India at several international forums, including audits and compliance reviews for global institutions such as FAO, WIPO, WTO, GFMD, and UNITAID.
