Equinor and Shell have appointed Neil McCulloch as Chief Executive Officer and Nicoletta Giadrossi as Chair of their offshore UK Incorporated Joint Venture, Adura. Neil McCulloch is currently the CEO of Spirit Energy, and has championed the role of oil and gas in supporting the UK’ s energy transition. Nicoletta Giadrossi has led four boards and is currently chairing MSX International. Nicoletta is also a board member in Vopak NV, and in Renew Global plc.

Outokumpu appoints President, Americas & VP

During more than a decade, Tim Di Maulo led Aperam through a period of remarkable growth and diversification to strengthen its circular model, creating a four-segment structure and embedding CO 2 reduction, recycling, and efficiency as central pillars of the company’ s strategy.
Olympic Steel appoints Joseph L. Casey as Director
Olympic Steel Inc., a major national metals service center, has appointed Joseph L. Casey as Director – Manufactured Metal Products, in
which he will lead the Company’ s McCullough Industries and MetalWorks brands. In his expanded role, Mr Casey will oversee operations and continue to accelerate strategic growth, operational excellence and product innovation for both McCullough Industries and MetalWorks.
ONGC re-appoint Khanooja as Government Nominee Director
The Board of Directors of Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Limited( ONGC) have approved the reappointment of the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas’( MoP & NG) Additional Secretary Praveen Mal Khanooja as Government Nominee Director for a three-year term. Khanooja, currently serving as Additional Secretary in the MoP & NG, brings extensive experience across diverse domains, including Defence Audit, Railways Audit, and State Government Accounts & Audit, apart from key postings at the Comptroller and Auditor General of India( CAG) headquarters. He has also represented India at several international forums, including audits and compliance reviews for global institutions such as FAO, WIPO, WTO, GFMD, and UNITAID.
