GNLW364 centrifuges for overseas environmental company
Haihao Group delivers WN Flange RTJ to Singapore
GN Separation has recently completed factory testing for two sets of GNLW364-VFD decanter centrifuges for an overseas environmental company for deployment in municipal sludge dewatering projects. Decanter centrifuges are important in wastewater treatment and sludge management due to their ability to efficiently separate solids from liquids under high centrifugal forces. Unlike traditional methods such as belt presses or filter presses, decanter centrifuges operate continuously, reducing labour costs and enhancing process stability. Key applications in sludge dewatering are municipal wastewater treatment and industrial sludge handling. Features of GN Separation’ s decanter centrifuges are Triple Variable-Frequency Control System; Material Science Breakthroughs; Smart Monitoring and Safety; Customization for Global Challenges. The centrifuge’ s bowl and scroll conveyor are centrifugal cast from duplex stainless steel( 2205), ensuring corrosion resistance in harsh environments.
Haihao Group has successfully delivered a batch of super duplex weld neck( WN) flanges with RTJ facing to a valued customer in Singapore. The product details are as follows: Product: WN Flange RTJ; Size: 1 "; Rating: 2500 #; Schedule: S-80S; Standard: ASME B16.5; Material: ASTM A182 F55( Super Duplex Stainless Steel, UNS S32750 / F53). The A182 F55 / S32750 / F53 super duplex stainless steel used in this project ensures outstanding performance in aggressive environments. With a pitting resistance equivalent number( PREN) ≥ 40, the flange offers superior resistance against pitting, crevice, and chloride-induced corrosion, making it highly reliable for offshore, oil & gas, and chemical processing industries. The material’ s duplex microstructure balances ferrite( 35 – 55 %) and austenite phases, providing both exceptional strength and excellent corrosion resistance. This ensures longer service life compared with standard stainless steels.
