Outokumpu Board appoints committees
Outokumpu Corporation’ s Board of Directors has at its organisational meeting appointed two permanent committees, the Audit Committee and the Remuneration Committee, and decided on their composition. Jyrki Mäki-Kala was elected as the Chairman of the Audit Committee and Olavi Huhtala, Jenni Lukander, Päivi Luostarinen and Petter Söderström were elected as members. Kari Jordan was elected as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and Hilde Merete Aasheim, Heinz Jörg Fuhrmann, Timo Ritakallio and Julia Woodhouse were elected as members.
ArcelorMittal: Nobuo Okochi as CFO
ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India has appointed Nobuo Okochi as Chief Financial Officer( CFO). Mr Okochi has four decades of
Nobuo Okochi experience with Nippon Steel Corp, having held senior leadership roles across finance, financial planning and capital budgeting, as well as global business development. He has deep expertise in managing large-scale industrial investments and complex, multi-market operations. He currently serves as Managing Executive Officer( India, ASEAN, Middle East and Africa) and has played a pivotal role in shaping overseas business strategy and leading major cross-border steel projects.
Ryerson leadership changes
Ryerson Holding Corp, a valueadded processor and distributor of industrial metals, has announced a series of leadership team appointments designed to accelerate the strategic integration of its newly merged organisation and position the company for continued growth, operational excellence, and customer success. Mark Silver serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal & Risk Officer for Ryerson, with expanded responsibilities that include enterprise risk management and cybersecurity. Frank Williams serves as Ryerson’ s Chief Information Officer, leading the company’ s enterprise technology function, including E-commerce, along with Marketing and the company’ s Project Management Office. Richard Manson will lead synergy attainment for the newly merged company, along with the integration of benefits programs and compensation. Daniel Rosenberg serves as Chief of Staff, supporting the Company’ s Chief Executive Officer and the President & Chief Operating Officer. Brian Seeley serves as President of RAP, bringing more than three decades of manufacturing and metals industry leadership experience to the role.
Leadership changes at Petrobras
Petrobras has informed that its Board of Directors has appointed Angélica Laureano as Executive Director of Logistics, Marketing and Markets. The Executive Director of Industrial Processes and Products, William França, will temporarily and cumulatively assume the role of Executive Director of Energy Transition and Sustainability.
Delek appoints Executive VP
Delek US Holdings, Inc. has appointed Amber Russell as Executive Vice President, Refining. In this role, Ms Russell will lead the company’ s refining operations, with a focus on advancing operational excellence, safety performance, and strategic growth across Delek’ s refining system. Ms Russell has nearly three decades of global energy industry experience, including senior leadership roles at ExxonMobil and bp. She most recently served as Senior Vice President for bp Solutions. Prior to that, Ms Russell served as Senior Vice President of Refining, Terminals, and Pipelines for more than five years at bp.

Kurt Tolliver appointed Kurt Tolliver as President and Chief Executive Officer. Tolliver leverages nearly three decades of experience with the company. In 2018, he was promoted to Vice President of Sales and, in 2024, to Executive Vice President and he most recently served as Chief Operating Officer. In his new role as President and CEO, he will oversee all aspects of the business, including strategy and product roadmap alignment with AMADA Group business units, supporting operational excellence, and customer engagement across key markets.
