Titanium marking

We guarantee the widest offer of products in Titanium Gr . 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 7 , 9 , 12 and Ti-6Al-4V AMS4928 and Zirconium 702 .

Titanium Plates , Sheets and Coils Hot rolled titanium plates thickness may range from 3 mm to 75 mm , while for cold rolled titanium sheets the range is 0,5 to 3 mm .

Titalia is equipped with machineries for water jet cutting , enabling us to realize “ cold ” cuttings without thermal alteration of the cutting zone for thickness up to 200 mm according to Customer ’ s drawings . The titanium finished products comply with the main international standards and they also exceed the reference standard values .

Titanium Bars Titalia produces and deals with titanium bars with diameters ranging from 8 mm to 420 mm . Titanium bars can be machined with narrow straightness and surface roughness as requested by the Customers .

Titanium Flanges Titanium flanges are supplied with dimensions from ½ ” up to 60 ” in compliance with the ANSI / ASME-DIN- EN1092-BS-MSSPAWWA standards . On request , “ metal to metal ” titanium gaskets , tie-rods and bolts are also available .

Titanium Forgings Titalia is able to supply any type of titanium forging ( from a weight of half a kilogram up to 10 tons ) and also to produce oversized components meeting the dimensional and qualitative requests of the Customer .
