Manufacturing facilities RMTL has state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities at Indrad , Chhatral ( near Ahmedabad ) and at Kutch in the state of Gujarat , India .

Seamless tubes & pipes Ratnamani make hot extrdued mother pipes as a raw material source for manufacturing nickel alloy / stainless steel seamless tubes and pipes . Instrumentation tubes are supplied in sizes 3 mm OD x 0.5 mm THK and above . Certifications by NADCAP , AS 9100D , NORSOK M-650 , and DNV Shop Approval etc enable Ratnamani to cater to aerospace , oil & gas and ship-building requirements . The Indrad facility has two not extrusion presses in operation . One manufactures pre-material for making heat exchanger tubes & instrumentation tubes , while the second manufactures seamless pipes . Seamless pipes in various grades of stainless steel , nickel alloy & Hastelloy in size range of 1 NPS to 10 NPS are manufactured using hot extrusion . The Indrad facility is also equipped with high-speed cold pilger mills , draw benches , solution annealing furnaces & NDT facilities to manufacture products to international standards . Ratnamani has also set up a facility to supply nickel alloy / stainless steel integral low finned tubes to international standards .

Welded tubes & pipes Welded heat exchanger tubes are manufactured using the latest generation tube mills with online annealing and testing facilities . Welded Pipes up to 12 NPS are manufactured on a tube mill ; pipe sizes in the range of 8 NPS to 48 NPS are manufactured using filler wire in single / double random length , depending upon the customers requirement . Stainless steel pipes are also supplied with an external coating as per project specification . The manufacturing facilities at Indrad and Kutch are equipped to manufacture extra-long length tubes with a developed length of 40 meters for supply in U-bend condition .

Quality assurance Ratnamani has in-house Inspection and testing facilities such as mechanical testing , chemical analysis , corrosion testing , NDT ( ultrasonic , eddy current , air-under-water , hydro , dye penetrant , real-time radioscopy - for welded pipes etc .), PMI testing and profile projector for checking finned tubes profiles . The Quality Assurance Laboratories at Kutch and Indrad works are accredited to ISO 17025 .

Quality management and certification The Quality Management System is accredited to ISO 9001:2015 . The manufacturing facilities are also having Certifications and Approvals such as ISO 14001:2015 , ISO 45001:2018 , AD 2000 Merkblatt W0 , Pressure Equipment Directive ( PED ), EN 9100:2018 , NADCAP approval for heat treatment & non-destructive testing , ISO 3834 , well-known tube / pipe maker by Indian Boiler Regulatory Authority etc .

Journey towards high-end applications Ratnamani has supplied stainless steel seamless integral low finned tubes for an LNG project in North America .
