WHAT MAKES ST. PAUL’S PLAZA SPECIAL?
We listen! When creating St. Paul’s Plaza we
surveyed local seniors and implemented their
recommendations in our design. They wanted
family-friendly features so we added family-style
kitchens and dining spaces, an outdoor activity
center with barbeque, a dog park, furnished guest
rooms for out-of-town guests, and a sports bar so
family can enjoy the game with loved ones!
We chose the East Lake location for its well-lit
streets and easy walking distance to Heritage Park,
variety of shops, restaurants, and medical and
dental care.
As an aging-in-place community, you don’t have
to move as personal needs grow. We bring the
care and services to you!
St. Paul’s Plaza offers the perfect place to call
home, but what really sets us apart, like all
St. Paul’s communities, is our staff. We’re proud of
our passionate, joyful employees. Their mission is

GUEST RESERVATIONS
Have out-of-town friends or family? Invite
them to stay in a comfortable guest room.
Breakfast and access to all resort-like amenities
are included in the nominal daily rate. Additional
meals are available at a small cost.
RESPITE CARE
When caregivers need personal time, we’re
here to help. While our respite rooms are
equipped with the finest in safety features and
medical support, it’s the social experience that
our guests rave about. Friendships are made at
St. Paul’s Plaza.
ACTIVE LIVING
Enjoy life! With a full-service restaurant and
facilities team, there's no need to cook or
maintain a home, and our activity schedule
offers plenty of entertainment.
PERSONAL CARE
Sometimes we need a little help. St. Paul’s
medical staff are trained to ensure you
receive the best of care. As an aging-in-place
community, we provide services as needed -
from medication management, bathing and
grooming assistance, ambulation support, and
more. Our 24/7 certified nursing staff are here if
and when you need them!
REFLECTIONS MEMORY CARE
Reflections is a combination of family-style
living, personalized interaction and consistent
staffing and routines. Our family-style living
features shared living, dining and wellness
areas to promote socialization and encourage
exploration. Every resident has a private
apartment with full bathroom. Reflections
services are individualized to cater to all levels
of need. With careful evaluation at move-in,
consultation with family, and ongoing
monitoring, we learn each resident’s interests
and habits to personalize interaction. The result
is an enriching, joyous day - every day.
