I enjoy the challenge of meeting and exceeding each child’s daily needs. I love seeing the progress the kids make throughout the year. Watching them learn and develop is the most rewarding aspect of my job, whether it is learning how to tie a shoelace, or reading a new word. I truly love my job; it is incredibly rewarding. There is always something new to look forward to and I enjoy coming to work each and every day. I thank the parents for trusting us with the care of their most precious gifts - their children.” - Connie C. Rodriguez, St. Paul’s Child Care Director Voted BEST Pre-school by Downtown News! “We love St. Paul’s! Teachers and Administrators all have kind-hearted, patient, and nurturing personalities. We believe the Intergenerational Program is unique and extremely beneficial to both children and seniors. My sons are continuously learning through daily activities, projects, and songs. I really enjoy that we are provided a daily summary of their activities, food consumption, and napping. It really con- nects us with the school and allows for great follow up conversations on the way home with my children.” - Allison Soares, Parent
