GIY Ireland teamed up with Cully & Sully, one of Ireland’s biggest food business success stories to create the GROW 2 CEO campaign to foster a spirit of food entrepreneurship in Irish secondary schools.
The project gives students the opportunity to replicate the Cully & Sully success story by using their class grown food to create a recipe, name it, and pitch it as a food business of the future. The competition took place over 6 weeks and comprised of 4 challenges. This was St. Paul's first year taking part. It was facilitated by the Home-work Club and Ms. O'Meara Business Teacher.
