Saturday 17 th February, 10 am – 1 pm Healing workshop St. Serf's Church, Shettleston Everyone welcome: from people who are simply interested to people involved, or who want to be involved, in the healing ministry........ “Rough” programme: 10 – 11 am ish Healing for everyone. How God heals. Expecting God to act. Allowing God to work........ After a cup of tea/coffee: 11 am – 12 am Healing – how we might do it. How we might do it in our churches. Different contexts, different approaches. What might be best for us. 12.10 pm – 1 pm Worship, including the chance to receive prayer for healing. The workshop is an opportunity for everyone to reflect on healing, and issues surrounding the healing ministry. We will also reflect on the practicalities of healing within our churches, on pastoral issues surrounding the healing ministry, and how the healing ministry should be part of the life and mission of our churches. People are welcome to bring a packed lunch to stay and chat after. St Serf's is easy to get to by both rail and bus – if you want directions please get in touch. People can just turn up on the day, but it would be helpful to let us know if you intend to come along.
