April 2014 - Death of a resident . Selection committee recalled for selection of eligible and compatible new resident .
May 2014 - Farm picnic outing to Gunning donated by travel club . Arranged by Jeff Bishop , very much appreciated by residents and families . Dikshya ’ s hours reduced but still resident overnight .
June 2014 - Weekend cooks disbanded – budget-saving by selfserving frozen meals . Period of major changes in UCD staffing .
Sept 2014 - TV Room closed and furniture moved to family / dining room – led to improvement in resident interaction .
Feb 2015 - Sue Jordan takes over as Management Committee Chair . Peter Biggs remains on committee and active with garden . John Goss acted as Chair from Nov to Feb .
March 2015 - Dikshya and Parwan move out to own house . Revised model - further reduction in hours for afternoon on weekdays , and resident facilitator with subsidised rent .
April 2015 - Michelle Baker selected as Resident Coordinator . Interaction with residents and weekend meals improved considerably .
July 2015 - Tenders for alteration of TV room to bedsitter . Expected budget improvement with overheads spread and increased rental income .
