Remembering
AUDREY RUTH WALKER (nee Kilby)
19 November 1930 – 7 July 2017
Our dear friend, and active member of St Margaret’s for over forty years, Audrey
Walker completed her earthly journey on 7 July and we celebrated her life at a service
in the church on 19 July. Just one of her contributions was as a volunteer for the
Stepping Stones For Life Friday Activities. She was delighted to attend the opening of
Ross Walker Lodge on our premises, named for her late husband. A large crowd of
mourners filled the church for the service and afterwards more than filled the large hall
to share stories about Audrey over refreshments arranged by the women of the church.
