Exercise and help charities
There are at least two organisations conducting fund raising programs
that might interest those of you walking for exercise.
Dementia Australia is raising funds via its Memory Walk & Jog
2020. You can choose to pledge your own kilometres, at a time and
place that suits you. Getting active can be super easy. Walk around
your local neighbourhood. Do a virtual workout. Keep active around the
house by cleaning, gardening and keeping your steps up.

Kiss Goodbye to MS is raising funds via The May 50K. A virtual fitness
and fundraising challenge which is highly interactive, The May 50K can
be completed on your own anywhere in Australia, with minimal risk to
others – even in the comfort of your own home, backyard or local park.

So, why not choose whichever cause you want to support, register on
their website and help them by getting people to sponsor you whilst you
are walking for exercise?
