LETTER FROM THE DINING ROOM
SEPTEMBER 2019
St. Johns Family,
It has been a pleasure this past month working with Chef Eric to evolve within our dining
atmosphere. There are many exciting happenings at the clubhouse that will showcase the
team’s hard work.
Break out your best singing voice! We are most excited to host our “Links and Lyrics”
night benefiting the Beat The O.D.D.S Foundation. This will be a 9 Hole Couples Golf
Tournament followed by dinner and some friendly Karaoke competition for wonderful
prizes provided by our Grille Room and Pro-Shop! Tickets per person for the event are
$45 for Golf/Dinner and $30 for Dinner/Karaoke.
September 13th we will be hosting a Bourbon Pairing. Start your evening by joining us for
Cocktail Hour and sip on a complimentary Signature Cocktail. Dinner will feature multiple
courses, each paired with a selection from Old Forester’s Whiskey Row Collection. This
should prove to be an informational and fun night with The Bourbon Enthusiast, James
Ashcraft. Tickets for this experience are $75 per person. Register NOW through the
events page, spots are limited and filling up fast! We hope to see you there!
As always, we are continually developing our Service Team. Our tenured, as well as, new
team members are eager to meet and provide excellent service to our St. Johns family!
So please, join us for Al La Carte service and be sure to try some of the delicious Daily
Specials Chef Eric has designed. Also keep an eye out for some exciting changes to our
Food and Beverage menus coming throughout the month!
