LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER
SEPTEMBER 2019
St Johns Members,
The Fall season is almost upon us and we are excited for cooler weather, great course
conditions, new opportunities in the restaurant, and the second year with our Advisory
Committee. Thank you to all who volunteered to serve on this season’s Committee,
we had seventeen members offer their abilities for the four vacant positions. We
look forward to sharing more about this new Committee’s responsibilities in future
communications.
Our Annual WLGO Golf Tournament was a tremendous success. Locally, St. Johns
raised over $5,000 for the Fisher House Foundation and Nationally over $406,000
has been collected. The support and dedication we received from our participants was
unbelievable and we can’t wait to begin planning for next year.
The Club is beginning to enhance its offerings in the restaurant under Chef Eric Fritsche’s
direction. Eric is continuously preparing new menu offerings, ideas, and services to help
create a wonderful experience when dining at St. Johns. New wine, drink, and dinner
options will be available later this month and we look forward to unveiling selections
soon.
