LETTER FROM THE MEMBERSHIP DIRECTOR
SEPTEMBER 2019
St. Johns Family,
It has been a busy end to the summer at the club. Thank you all who supported our
World’s Largest Golf Outing, Beer Festival, Parent Junior Golf Tournament and everything
else. Each of these events we very successful and we can’t wait to welcome you all to
September’s events.
We are looking forward to naming our new Club Champion in a few weeks! Sign ups are
strong and we are looking forward to the best Club Championship to date at the club.
On the social side we have two events that will be a sell out. The first is our links and lyrics
event. This couples event will be on September 7th. We have the option to come for golf
and dinner or just dinner. We will be awarding the first and last place team for this event
to ensure we are encouraging all skill levels for golf! This is bound to be a memorable date
night. After dinner we are looking forward to a fun evening of karaoke. During karaoke we
will be raising money for a brand new charity called Beat The O.D.D.S. We can’t wait to
see you all there.
On September 13th we will be hosting our first ever Bourbon Tasting. This will be available
for limited seating and will sell out. Be sure to reserve your spot now on our website. Chef
Eric is coming up with some amazing creations that will pair wonderfully with the Old
Forster Bourbon selections.
As always I would like to remind you to send me any friends or families information that
may be interested in joining the club. We do expect the initiation fee to increase soon and
would love to take care of anyone you know before that happens.
