LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER St. Johns Members, We first want to send a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who participated in last month’s Member-Member tournament. Participation was wonderful and it was a lot of fun for the staff to give a preview of our new restaurant, “The Bridge”, and Clubhouse renovations. Congratulations to Tom Ballas and Bruce Gartley on a great tournament win! Final touches are being completed around the Clubhouse and restaurant. We understand there will be a lot of questions regarding availability, hours of operation, our COVID-19 response to dining and offers. Leading up to our opening, informational sheets will be provided that may help answer some of the most frequently asked questions. It’s hard to believe, but the maintenance team is already beginning to prepare the course for off season play. This month, we will be increasing the height of cut on the fairways and rough. The extra “cushion” will help improve lies through dormancy. Andy and his team are excited about the status of the golf course moving into fall and we can expect great conditions to continue. Make sure to sign up for the Club Championship this month! This is an uncapped event and is open to all members. Brad and his staff are ready to host an exceptional tournament. Remember, the overall winner will receive an exemption into next year’s 210 Cup and a personalized parking spot all year! Continue to stay safe and healthy!
