LETTER FROM FOOD & BEVERAGE
LETTER FROM FOOD & BEVERAGE
Thank you to all who attended our SOLD OUT Bridge Preview Dinner ! The attendees were treated to a very special preview of our upcoming food and wine selections .
EOS ( The Greek Goddess of Dawn ) from Paso Robles California , is our line of house wines . I have included the varietals and tasting notes below :
Chardonnay : Bright aromas and flavors of tropical fruits , juicy white peach and citrus . The finish is rich and lush with additional flavors of vanilla , toasted oak and a hint of almond extract .
Sauvignon Blanc : Vague apple , pear and lime pith aromas show on the subdued nose of this bottling . The palate is pleasant , with dried apple , lime peel and grass flavors .
Pinot Grigio : Aromas of honeysuckle and melon , enhanced by herbal notes of lemongrass and mint , lead to full-bodied , citrus flavors and a long , balanced finish .
Cabernet : Aromas of cherry , black tea and clove . This wine is medium bodied with bold flavors of dark fruits , toasty oak and hints of baking spices .
Pinot Noir : Aromas of cherry , black tea and clove . This wine is medium bodied with bold flavors of dark fruits , toasty oak and hints of baking spices .
The EOS winery is part of the Foley Food & Wine Society . By joining the society , members can earn points for bottles purchased that can be redeemed for prizes . We cannot not wait to see you on The Bridges patio enjoying a nice glass of EOS looking out over the 18th Green .
Cheers ,

Pete Peterson
