LETTER FROM THE SUPERINTENDENT
We are in preparation for fall and winter over the next couple weeks we will be applying the first of our two pre-emergent applications this month to help control winter broadleaves and poa annua .
Also , we will be applying 24 tons of granular fertilizer to help winterize the golf course . As the weather cools and grass slows down , we will begin to work on some detail work throughout the course , such as :
• Edge bunkers cart paths
• Tree pruning
• Dead tree removal
• Start spraying cord grass beds
• Removing and large unwanted material .
We look forward to a great golf season !
