MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR OF SALES
Hi St. Johns Members!
Happy fourth of July! I hope everyone’s summer is off to a great start with all things
considering. Life at the club has seemed to keep moving. Construction on the new
clubhouse is moving along so quickly. If you have time, stop in to see me and I would be
happy to walk you through the construction site. I am most excited to greet you all on the
back patio after your round later this summer! The views will be breathtaking.
Another thing that has not stopped though all of this is golf; If you have not heard, the
initiation fee is officially increasing August 1st. Membership has been on a steady gain. It
has been an even mixture of your friends and new residents in the community. If you have
anyone that may be interested in joining, now is the time to send them over to me. We will
continue to offer a complimentary month of dues for each new member you refer. Be sure
to have your friends and family act before the initiation fee jumps to $1,500.
