HEAD GOLF PROFESSIONAL UPDATE MARCH 2019 Schedule of Events Friday, March 1st – Round 1 of 2019 Match Play Begins Sunday, March 3rd – Round 1 of 2019 Match Play Ends Monday, March 4th – The Bridges (Ladies Member-Guest) Thursday, March 7th – Guest Day Sunday, March 10th – Day Lights Savings Time Begins Monday, March 11th – TPC Week Begins Friday, March 15th – Member-Guest Registration Begins Sunday, March 17th – TPC Week Ends Monday, March 25th – Limited Morning Tee Times Tuesday, March 26th – Limited Morning Tee Times Wednesday, March 27th – Limited Afternoon Tee Times Dear Members, Season is officially here! During this time of the year, we will be experiencing a heavy amount of play nearly every day for the next 3-4 months. It is a time where my staff will be looking its best and ready for any request you may have to make sure you are golfing as much as possible. For the ladies, we look forward to hosting The Bridges, our annual Ladies Member-Guest event. This is a beautiful time of the year when we have the opportunity to impress our local female golfers and show why we are one of the better clubs in the area! With The PLAYERS Championship making its return to March, we can also expect a lot of outside play during the middle of March, so if you’re looking to reserve your times during this busy week, please call us now and reserve your desired play dates. And last but not least, MATCH PLAY! For this year’s Match Play it is important to acknowledge a few changes. There will only be one flight for each of the men’s and women’s division. The men will play in a 64-person bracket and the women will play in either an 8 or 16-person bracket. There will only be one winner from each division. Also, please make sure to have your first round completed by March 3rd! This year’s Match Play is expected to be completed by the last week of April 2019.
