WELCOME CHEF ERIC FRITSCHE J U LY 2 0 1 9 St. Johns Members, I am incredibly excited and humbled to be joining St. Johns Golf & Country Club. After decades of experiences leading me through a life of incredible professional diversity, I find myself at the top of my career and more passionate and excited about my future than I have ever been. I believe if we consider equally the welfare of our members, our staff, and our Club we will be successful in all three areas. During the renovation, my staff and I will be working diligently to create a tremendous dining experience for you. My recent positions at River and Post, Rivieria Country Club in Miami, Cat Cay Yacht Club in the Bahamas, and the ten years of running my own restaurant, Pastiche, in Jacksonville have affected the level of service, quality of ingredients, and passion I expect from our Restaurant.
