LETTER FROM THE GENERAL MANAGER

St. Johns Members,
Happy July to everyone! We are pleased to enter the second half of the year with a full
schedule of activities and construction on the calendar.
First, I would like to welcome our new Executive Chef, Eric Fritsche, to St. Johns. Eric is
joining our team, on July 18th, from River and Post Restaurant Rooftop Lounge. We are
thrilled to have him and his expertise during the renovation and his new take on our din-
ing and special event menus. Chef Eric specializes in local ingredients to create uniquely
inspired cuisine and is passionate about creating an exception dining experience for our
members. We look forward to his start.
Our next membership survey will be going out this month that will be soliciting feedback
on your dining experience at the Club. Targeting in on the results of the last survey,
we will be expanding the questions on ways we can develop our Food and Beverage
operation. The responses will be very valuable for our team over the next several months
as we evolve during our renovation.
The Women’s and Men’s 210 Cup teams are set to compete for the annual event on July
5-7 and July 26-28, respectfully. I encourage all to come out and support our members
during these events. St. Johns has the privilege of hosting the Sunday round this year
and it would be thrilling to see a great turnout. Good luck to both teams!
Lastly, the next two months are traditionally the hottest of the year in North East Florida.
Please take caution during your round by hydrating well before you tee off and drink
plenty of water or Powerade while you play. Enjoy the course and stay cool, fall will be
here soon!
Best regards,
Ben Pasquith
