Hello from the back office ! I usually only have the pleasure of speaking with you when there is a problem with your statement , or your card is expired . Since we have added so many new people to the St . Johns family , members and staff , I wanted to take a moment to remind you that it is our policy for members to sign all member charges . This protects you and us . Signing for your purchases , and double checking that the account is correct on the receipt , helps our staff whom are learning all of your wonderful faces and names . Please take a quick second to review your receipt to ensure that items are not mistakenly charged to someone else and the correct items are listed . I LOVE hearing from all of you and mischarges will happen , but I know it has been a while since we brought this up . Thank you for taking the time to do this , it will greatly assist our staff , new and old .
