LETTER FROM YOUR GENERAL MANAGER

St Johns Members,
We are excited to announce that St. Johns Golf and
Country Club will be renovating and expanding our
clubhouse. We are working with the project team to make
final design decisions and complete the permit process. We expect
groundbreaking to occur in June and the scope of the project includes:

3,000 sq./ft. expansion of the dining facilities
Addition of an outdoor bar and deck adjacent to the covered patio
Addition of a fire pit and social patio area located next to the deck
Creation of a grand event lawn
Expansion and renovation of the kitchen
Full upgrade to the existing dining room, bar, and foyer
Over the next several pages, we have included renderings and drawings from our
architect and interior designer that will help showcase the feel and look of the project. It
is our belief that this new space will create a unique and fun environment to be enjoyed
by all.
After the initial ground breaking, there will be several phases of construction and we
expect it to take five to six months to complete the project. We are working with our
contractor to limit any interruptions to our dining services and will keep you updated as
we finalize phasing plans.
Please join us in celebrating the new Clubhouse on Tuesday, April 23rd at 6:00 PM with
complementary drinks and appetizers. There will be additional imagery of the
renovation, samples of the new fixtures, colors, and furnishings. St. Johns staff will be
available to help answer any additional questions you may have.
We look forward to the new opportunities the renovation will bring to the St. Johns
membership, and we believe the new and improved spaces will further enhance your
daily experience at the club.
