Monday, August 5th – World’s Largest Golf Outing benefitting The Fisher House
Sunday, August 18th – 2019 Parent-Junior Scramble Tournament
Thursday, August 22nd – Thursday Men’s Night Player’s Dinner
Monday, August 26th – Limited Tee Times Available
We are more than half-way through our
“off-season” and I’m looking forward to
another fantastic golf season beginning mid-
September with our first major club event,
the Club Championship (September 14th-
15th). Registration is open from late-July to
the first week of September so please make
sure to register for the event this month.
If you’re interested in qualifying for next
year’s 210 Cup team, it is imperative that you
participate in each of our major club events.
I will be releasing an updated version of our
210 Cup Qualifying Points System along
with a detailed schedule of our club events
to the membership sometime this month to
help assist you with where and how to earn
points.
On Monday, August 5th, we will be
participating in the World’s Largest Golf
Outing which is the single largest charitable
golf event held on one day that makes a
significant impact in the lives of those who
need it most: our nation’s veterans. This
year, WLGO will benefit the Fisher House
Foundation, which is best known for a
network of comfort homes where military
and veterans’ families can stay at no cost
while a loved one is receiving treatment.
If you’d like to play for this great cause,

register for the St. Johns Golf and Country
Club location. We look forward to seeing
you on Monday, August 5th as we raise
thousands of dollars for this great cause!
A couple other events we will be hosting
this month are the annual Parent-Junior
Scramble and the Men’s Night Player’s
Dinner. These events are always a great
way for families to kick-off the school year
and say their final farewell to the summer.
Registration for these events will close mid-
August, so if you would like to play in this
event, please register with the Golf Shop
before the deadline.
