WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL I GET ?
This course gives trainees an introduction to a variety of areas within the Hair & Beauty profession , teaching you everything you need to know about working in a salon . You will cover the key skills needed to work in a salon and progress onto an Apprenticeship , which include :
• Diary management
• Hairdressing techniques
• Beauty techniques
• Business Administration
WHAT WILL I STUDY ?
Once you ’ ve got a handle on the basics , you ’ ll be able to select three subjects which interest you and that you ’ d like to pursue in your career .
On successful completion of the course , you will receive a free hairdressing or makeup kit , worth over £ 150 , including a hairdryer , brushes , a tunic and hair styling accessories or makeup kit .

Most of your training will take place in the Chamber Hair & Beauty Academy in St Helens town centre .
