WHAT QUALIFICATIONS WILL I GET ?
• Level 1 BTEC Introductory Award in Construction ( Pearson ’ s )
• Level 1 Health & Safety within a Construction Environment ( City & Guilds )
• Fully funded CSCS card ( subject to passing Level 1 Health and Safety )
• Business Administration
WHAT WILL I STUDY ?
While giving you a broad knowledge of working in a manual role , this course also gives you the opportunity to choose a module based on your career aspirations .
You ’ ll also work closely with our Career Coaches to create a professional CV highlighting all your new skills and build your interview skills . You will also get some training to sharpen your digital skills too .
You can choose from :
CONSTRUCTION : Developing practical skills in joinery , plastering , painting , and decorating .
MANUFACTURING : Carrying out the planning , design , and whole process of manufacturing a product .
WAREHOUSING : Learning about professional customer care and the principles of warehousing and storage .
WHERE WILL I STUDY ?
Most of your training will take place in St Helens Chamber ’ s Construction Training Centre in Parr , St Helens .
