CAPSTONE PRESENTATION &
Each year the interns put together a showcase at the end of the
internship to display what they have learned over the summer.
This year’s presentation was held at Young Community Developers
in front of SFPUC staff, Community Benefits Partners, YCD Staff,
and friends and family. The final presentation is unique each year.
This year the interns put together a presentation that showcased
the entire internship experience, focusing on what it looks like to
successfully participate in the internship. The presentation began
with the first year interns explaining the application and interview
process, while the second year interns explained what it was like to
step into leadership roles within the internship cohort. The third year
interns recapped their entire experience and elaborated on their
most valuable lessons over the last three summers.
