ENVIRONMENTAL
MANAGEMENT
The strategies for operating the principal components that
comprise the water and sewer facilities for the City including:
watershed areas, wastewater collection system, wastewater
treatment facilities, and the outfall dispersal facilities. These
strategies work in concert as environmental stewardship and
resource recovery are emerging as critical fields of study.
Ability and skill to:
• Read, interpret, and apply complex written documents.
• Independently conduct research, learn technical concepts,
laws, regulations, and business practices applicable to the
section’s activities.
• Perform financial and statistical analyses; record, organize,
analyze, and interpret diverse operating and other data; write
simple reports.
