GOVERNMENT RELATIONS
Communication is the activity of conveying information through
the exchange of thoughts, messages, or information, by speech,
visuals, signals, writing, or behavior. In Government Relations,
communications involve influencing public and government
policy at federal, state, and local levels.
Ability and skill to:
• Conduct research, use direct observation and practice
methods to record ideas.
• Give presentations, do public speaking and engage in
conversation with diverse audiences.
• Present concepts using PowerPoint, Photoshop, and other
digital graphic tools.
