Social Media and Online Engagement Posting relevant content across several online platforms provides numerous engagement points to share information and create real-time conversations with our stakeholders and industry friends. Social media accounts continue to be an excellent avenue to share information with community members and residents about the programs and projects taking place in their neighborhood. Video content has seen a rise in popularity as our communications team has increased livestreaming from community events and project sites giving users a behind the scenes look, developed videos to highlight program participants such as our SSIP Outreach Numbers 2012-2018 Growth in Followers In order to keep the surrounding community up to date with the increased amount of activity at the Southeast Treatment Plant, we began a Southeast Treatment Plant Construction Updates eNewsletter and have been providing short video updates on construction activities and traffic impacts.
