Contac ng Holders of Cer ficates of Competence issued by RPA 2000 RPA 2000 is a non-profit making company, set up in the year 2000, solely for the purpose of cer fying competence in ionising and non-ionising radia on protec on prac ce. The Society for Radiological Protec on is one of the three professional socie es which administer it.

RPA 2000 currently runs four Competence Cer fica on schemes. These are:

• Radia on Protec on Adviser( RPA)

• Radioac ve Waste Adviser( RWA)

• Laser Protec on Adviser( LPA)

• Medical Physics Expert( MPE)
