HIGH SCHOOL MEDICAL CONFERENCE
The Conference consisted of three components: Research components, Medicine Unlimited & Development Workshops. Students can submit a research project based on selected topics provided by the conference committee. The top teams will have the opportunity to present their work during the conference. Three winning teams will be selected for HSMC awards. Every year, Weill Cornell Medicine - Qatar opens its doors for a big annual recruitment fair, Medicine Unlimited, which offers high school students and their families a glimpse of science and medicine and the possibility of a career in healthcare. This year, it was a component of the High School Medical Conference. The last component of the Conference was the workshops. These consist of educational and inspiring talks, panel discussions that aim to motivate, inspire and guide students towards pursing a medical education. Additionally teachers' professional development workshops will be offered by our specialized faculty members.
