In the latest Realtors Confidence Index from the National Association of Realtors the average home sold is receiving 4.8 offers . Experts are still very positive about the market and agree there is no better time to sell . If you look at the stats below you can see , we have a limited number of homes for sale .
Homebuyers are watching the mortgage rates . Smart buyers are looking to buy before the rates and prices go higher . If a buyer is financially secure and qualified there is no better time than now to jump in .
