How is the spring market ? People ask me that all the time . The spring market is incredible !
It is incredible if you are a seller . As a seller you may expect multiple offers and record high prices . There is still some work involved , if you want to get the most money for your property , we still need to prepare it for sale . We may need to declutter , stage and possibly a fresh coat of paint and most important market it right !
