As America just celebrated its 250th anniversary, it seemed like a perfect opportunity to look back at another remarkable milestone. The Jersey Shore real estate market has experienced incredible change over the last decade. This year also marks my 10th year in real estate giving me the amazing opportunity to assist in over 300 sales, representing both buyers and sellers in successfully achieving their real estate goals.
